Abstract
Leach is one of the formalists who first divided the types of abnormalities and explained and described them. The high frequency of aberrations in Bijan Elahi's poems shows the poet's emphasis on a type of language that is referred to as the literary function of language. The elements of archaic language and lexical anomaly at the compositional level take on a more prominent aspect than other types of anomaly due to the emphasis on another and different meaning in the divine vision set. Therefore, the authors of this study, based on Leach's views, examine the types of aberrations and syntactic, written, semantic, temporal or archaic, phonetic and lexical, and the techniques and arrangements used to deviate from the norm in the poetry collection and have defined the types of deviations from the norms based on the available sources and on the basis of Leach's divisions, definitions and descriptions, . .
