Abstract
By creating a new style in Persian poetry, Nima Yoshij was able to break the structure of the ancient literary system, bring about a great change in traditional Persian poetic literature, and thus mark the most important literary event of the fourteenth century in the history of Iranian literature.Nima's poem "Afsaneh"was the first step to literary development at a turning point in Iranian history. But can the poem"Afsaneh"be considered as the starting point for understanding Nima's time and historical consciousness? It should be said that Nima understood the necessity of demolition and literary innovation in time in those sensitive political and social conditions (transfer of power from Qajar to Pahlavi),Along with the modern world society,called for modern thinking, realism and an internal and social revolution. The data of this research, which has been done in a descriptive-analytic manner,show that Afsaneh poetry is the crystallization of this historical consciousness of Nima,
