Maslow has placed physical needs at the lowest level and the need for self-actualization at the highest level. From his point of view, self-fulfilling people are distinguished from other people by twelve important characteristics. Maslow examines healthy, creative and ultimately self-fulfilling people and believes that examining sick people will only lead to a sick and neurotic society, Shamlou's poems have been analyzed from the point of view of personality psychology, especially from the point of view of Maslow's self-actualization theory. The result of this research shows that in Shamlu's poems as social and political poetry, due to his interest and problem-oriented approach towards society and people's fate, self-sufficiency and independence, and anti-tyranny and guiding spirit, it can be said that the components of character recognition are respectively; Social interest, resistance to acculturation and problem-orientedness are more prominent, and creativity and innovation are among the most prominent aspects of his personality.
