Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the qualities and characteristics of a good ruler from the point of view of Malik Al-Shaara Bahar. It seems that Malek Shaara's poems are suitable expressions for the first ten years of the fourteenth century in Iran.He considered the qualities of a good ruler for a kingdom to include wisdom, wisdom, art, forgiveness, good thinking, rule of law, avoiding anger and autocracy, and being politic in different situations, and avoiding stinginess, lying, and trickery towards the people. He believes that those who take charge of the country's affairs should have good and desirable qualities such as: moderation, hard work, lack of sleep, good-heartedness, far-sightedness, perseverance, courage, faithfulness, trustworthiness, dignity, modesty, secrecy, Knowledge of history and sociology. Despite all these qualities, from Bahar's point of view, the most important condition and characteristic of a ruler and government official is his chivalry. . .
