Intertextual analysis of the collection of stories "Yeki Buod yeki Nabuod" by Jamalzadeh and "Cherand and Parand" by Dehkhoda based on the theory of Gerard Genet

Abstract
According to the theory of intertextuality, a literary work is not original; Rather, the author is influenced by literary works before him and the traces of this influence are visible in his work. There are commonalities between Jamalzadeh's "Yeki Bod yeki Nabood" and other texts before it, which can be analyzed from intertextuality. In this research, based on the commonalities between Jamalzadeh's "Yeki Buod yeki Nabuod" and Dehkhoda's ``Charnd o parand'', we have investigated the intertextual relationships of these two works. This research was done in a descriptive-analytical way, by analyzing in-text evidence and referring to library sources. In the analysis of the intertextual elements of these two works, the obtained results show that Jamalzadeh was influenced by Dehkhoda in shaping some elements of his story. He has commented on "Charnd o parand" in the four areas of content and theme, point of view and tone, characterization and vernacular language.
