Investigating realism in Forough Farrokhzad's poems

Abstract
The purpose of this research, which has been carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, is to investigate realism in Forough Farrokhzad's poems. The results of the present research show that the poet, in the field of dealing with realism in his personal life, has commented on issues such as love and early marriage, failure in marriage, being away from his children, being rejected by his family and criticizing his poetry and poetry. In representing the political-social realities of his time, which was mostly influenced by the coup d'état of August 28, 1333, Farrokhzad criticized some sections of the society, including intellectuals and poets, and condemned the class differences and injustice in the society. Feminist thoughts in his poems are indicative of his anti-masculine spirit and his protest against ignoring the place of women in the patriarchal society of his time. In his poems, he criticized superstitions and some religious beliefs.
