In the contemporary literary works, in Afghanistan novelists paid attention to women and focused clearly on their social issues and difficulties, as well as their rights. Female status in Afghanistan has been in a poor condition during three recent decades due to many Dis or doers. So novels illustrate social problems on issues Afghanistan women are involved in. Violence against women is an action of an immature society in which, neglecting the rules, weak culture, illiteracy, prejudice and extremism in religion, etc. caused problems which prevented women from reaching their rights in a male – dominated society. Khalid Hosseini, illustrates various kinds of violence, Family and social violence which lead to physical and behavioral and differences and similarities in his own works as well.
