Persian literature has always been and is the place of expression and emergence of many valuable emotions, feelings and beliefs in its various branches of poetry and prose, and this boundless ocean has witnessed in its depths the artistic performances of poets who have entered this field with their hearts and souls in the path of their beliefs. The eight-year imposed war of the Iraqi Baath regime against Islamic Iran led to the creation of a genre and type called the literature of sacred defense, which has both the components of sustainable literature and an inextricable link with the field of religion and sect, and well-known and lesser-known poets have practiced love and belief in this literary type. From the early months of the imposed war in 1970 until today, we have witnessed the presence of words in the literature of sacred defense and war that, despite being associated with anonymity and anonymity, are effective, alive, dynamic and influential in our life and literature. The unknown martyr, the missing effect, the search and the immortal effect are such words. Perhaps the missing and the unknown martyr can be considered two words as two influential figures who, along with the generals, personalities and martyrs in the fields of science, service and sacred defense, etc., bear the burden of personal influence. In terms of continuity and connection with religion and sect, in the category of missing and unknown martyrs, this connection is more with the presence of Hazrat Fatima Zahra. In the poetic space of the sacred defense poetry, missing and unknown martyrs have common aspects. The bitterness of waiting for the parents and children of the martyrs, investigation, return, Shiism, message and disappearance are some of these aspects that have been examined in this article.
