The findings of this study indicate that in the novels under examination, Wafi attempts to portray the influence of traditional and modern attitudes on women's perceptions of money and wealth. Traditional women are depicted as seeking money primarily for the welfare of their home and family. They suppress their personal desires and needs, which leads to inner dissatisfaction, even though they attempt to conceal these feelings. In contrast, modern women tend to prioritize their own personal interests and desires over the needs of others and often focus on consumption and fashion. Considering the importance of money in social and personal relationships, many writers, including novelists, have examined this issue and reflected it in their works. After themes such as love and death, money has been one of the most attractive subjects for writers. In their novels, they have addressed issues such as extravagance, gambling, altruism, embezzlement, bribery, and smuggling. Therefore, the study of such works can provide valuable information about social values, cultural attitudes toward wealth, and the role of money in human relationships.
