Contemporary poetry went through the most important stages of its life and development in the period 1320-1332. The poetic movements of this period interacted and contradicted each other. One of the voices heard in this period was the voice of labor literature represented by Mohammad Ali Afrashte. Labor literature, which emerged under the influence of leftist and communist movements, gradually found an audience among the masses, and even many first-class thinkers and poets were drawn to this movement. This group gradually began to fight against the monarchy of the time, and then against history and mythology, although this fight had historical roots and was not limited to them. In the present study, the researcher intends to address the category of anti-archaism with regard to the remaining poems of Mohammad Ali Afrashte as a representative of this group, and to take a brief look at the history and background of this issue. According to the results of this study, anti-archaism, which is one of the three attitudes towards the history and civilization of ancient Iran in Tudeh poetry; It has an ancient history, and Afrashte, as a representative of this group, confronts and conflicts with Iranian culture and history through satirical language. He considers Nowruz a celebration of tyrants and oppressors, and calls Rostam a person who receives awards and seeks status. In his opinion, all of these are slogans used by the government of the time to fool and deceive the people, in order to prevent them from achieving freedom.
